DELTACAST extends Windows with native uncompressed video capture and playback

DELTACAST-Graphedit-300

DELTACAST announces a full set of new DirectShow filters, for capture and rendering, that uniformly support all the products of our DELTA-SDI, DELTA-hd, DELTA-3G and DELTA-dvi families.

These new filters are designed for seamless integration with most third-party DirectShow-based applications, without writing a single line of code.

Moreover, that new version takes advantage of the multi-channel nature of the DELTACAST devices, and flawlessly integrates them to your capture, encoding, authoring, or streaming applications.

Of course, the filters also address the developer’s audience in parallel. They feature special working modes intended to that purpose, as well as very complete COM programming interfaces.

The filters run on any 32 or 64-bit version of Windows, server or workstation, from XP to Seven.

“In the past the first priority of our software development was to build high-quality SDKs, allowing the OEM market to take profit easily from all the features proposed by our cards" said Christian Dutilleux, CEO of DELTACAST, “We have now completed an important framework giving access to our cards through DirectShow filters, allowing to address all the I/Os of our cards simultaneously.”
