DELTACAST is pleased to announce that it has extended its VideoMasterHD SDK to 3D Stereoscopic applications.

The 3D Stereosopic support consists of a new mode that allows synchronized acquisition and transmission of two SDI streams, in order to process streams carrying 3D stereoscopic content. These new VideoMasterHD functionalities allow OEM developers to manage 3D stereoscopic content on our DELTA-hd-e 20, 02, 22 and brand new 40 multi-channel cards under Windows and Linux.

In addition to this new 3D Stereoscopic support, VideoMasterHD now also runs under Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. Once more, this demonstrates that DELTACAST systematically adapts its cards and software to the evolution of the market requirements.

Those enhancements are integrated in the version 5.05 of VideoMasterHD, which is now officially released, together with a set of other improvements that are highlighted in the release note.
